It’s that dreaded time of year where germs and sickness is on the move!
Here are a few tips to help keep you and your loved ones healthy this time of year.
- Wash your hands frequently, for 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
- Stay hydrated. Adequate fluid intake will help your immune system move out germs.
- Eat healthy. While it is the best time of year for sweets, it is far better for your body to limit those and keep eating veggies and fruits.
