It’s the Most Germy Time of the Year!

It’s that dreaded time of year where germs and sickness is on the move!

Here are a few tips to help keep you and your loved ones healthy this time of year.

  • Wash your hands frequently, for 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
  • Stay hydrated. Adequate fluid intake will help your immune system move out germs.
  • Eat healthy. While it is the best time of year for sweets, it is far better for your body to limit those and keep eating veggies and fruits.
  • Stay home when you are sick and minimize exposure to others who are sick. See the graphic below for illness-specific guidelines!
