Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Art and Science Academy will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 immediately following the regularly scheduled board meeting that begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Elementary school site.  The meeting will consider and act on the following:

(1) Election of officers.

(2) Annual report to the Board by officers.

(3) Any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
